1. Returns
You may return most items within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange, store credit, or refund — provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • You have proof of purchase (such as an invoice or order confirmation).

  • The product is not listed as a non-returnable item (see below).

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Opened software, consumables, or digital goods.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorised repairs.

3. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact our support team immediately.

4. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
